I've always been fascinated with Mac "Culture." MS users generally grit their teeth and get on with it, but Windows doesn't become part of their identity. The whole Cult of Mac thing seems a bit nefarious.
Software is a tool. Hardware is a tool. Use the tool that gets your stuff done.
I'm not pro-Microsoft. I use Windows and Office because I am required to. I'm not anti-Apple either. I don't use OS X because, so far, I haven't had a reason to.
